MFS has had many accomplishments in its long history. The company began in 1924 as Massachusetts Investors Trust, the country's first open-end mutual fund, and in 1932 it established one of the first in-house research groups in the industry. John Reilly, MFS Senior Vice-President, Marketing/Communications, joined by Sun Life executives, will be on hand to open the market on Monday, March 23 to commemorate MFS's 85th anniversary.
